Looks to try for 2015

The best way to start a year is to try different looks by simply mix and matching pieces you already have in your closet.
Today I will be sharing 5 different looks combining this year’s color – Marsala (or shades closest to it).

LOOK #1: Plain Tee + Plaid Jeans

Wearing: Eyewear from SUNNIES STUDIOS / Top from GIORDANO PH / Jeans from ROMWE / Shoes from TOPSHOP
If you’re the type who chooses comfort above anything else, a simple plain tee over a nice printed colored jeans would look effortlessly chic!
My rule for short girls like me, always tuck-in your top to make you look taller.

LOOK #2: Bodycon Dress + Studded Heels

Wearing: Necklace from PRETTY LITTLE BLINGS / Dress from SHOPHIPSTREET / Shoes from CARMELLETES
For a more sophisticated look, it’s time to let go of your little black dress and go for warm toned dresses.
If you’re wearing a plain dress, always remember to accessorize by adding a few blings
or simply choose the best pair of statement heels and you’re good to go!

LOOK #3: Lace + Coat

Wearing: Coat from ROMWE / Top from CARENZELACOUTURE / Bag from SHOP4SEASONS / Shoes from JANEO
The trick to making big clothes look more fit is by wearing jackets, blazers, coats or cardigans.
If you want a more corporate look, make sure to wear a nice blazer.
For corporate dressing, you can choose between a nice pair of trousers or
get a nice figure with a pencil skirt. For casual dressing, simply go for jackets or cardigans.

LOOK #4: One-sies

Wearing: Romper from ROMWE / Bag from CHLOE & DAVIS / Shoes from FOREVER 21
Aside from dresses, rompers or jumpsuits are also nice pieces that you can play around. Styling one piece clothing is very easy since you only need a few good accessories to complete your look.

LOOK #5: The Grand Maxi

Wearing: Top from FOREVER 21 / Skirt from CRUELLA & CO / Shoes from CAREMELLETES
One way to make a maxi skirt look sophisticated is to pair it with a nice crop top or a well-fitted top. I think this looks is best worn for special events or occasions. If you’re planning to wear maxi skirt on casual days, make sure to pick something not so “lengthy” or pick a nice casual top like a shirt tucked-in the skirt or a simple spaghetti strapped top.

I like the maroon dress on you the best. Where is this Romwe botique located? I think my wife and daughter can get some things from there. – Fred

These are great outfits and great tips! I personally love the maxi skirt and your almost marsala shade items (red hues) are just in time for next season's trend. 🙂

Burgundy is one of my favorite colors so it was a joy to see your clothes in that shade. The pants were my topmost favorite; they were very hip and stylish.
