How do I keep my skin fair and moisturized?

Overexposing myself to sunlight this Summer caused me skin dehydration and uneven burns.

Being a morning person, it’s so hard not to stay outside and enjoy the sun. I always find delight in taking photos during daylight since it gives more vibrant and colorful photos that are pleasing to my eyes. Aside from that, I always find pleasure in travelling. As you all know, I’ve been spending most of my weekends on different beaches since 2016 started.

Having this type of lifestyle may be really fun but it can also make your skin look dry and unhealthy if you don’t take good care of it. I was never really the type who’s been so concerned about her skin not until I experienced skin dehydration on my legs and arms and uneven burns on my back. Seeing my extremities dry up and crack was really uneasy for me, since I’m fond of wearing shorts for the Summer. The cracks definitely made me feel extremely conscious about how I look when I leave the house and what other people might say.

Trying numerous products to solve this issue wasn’t easy for me. Being my picky self, I’m very particular with the products I use, especially with lotions, since I despise the feeling of greasiness. Being a new Kojie San Lightening Body Lotion user, I love how light the product feels on the skin. Applying it religiously twice a day for the past 2 months obviously improved my dry skin. The cracks are now barely visible and it looks more moisturized.

    Skin whitening foods is highly recommended to make the skin feel fresh. Some type eat that can help in skin lightening for men and women. Bananas, Soybean, Dark chocolate. There are many foods and is an option.
