Aside from the regular travelling and blogging days, I find interest in dining as well. Being able to indulge in different dishes help me understand different cultures. You may catch me flying from one island to the other, but never have I had the chance to visit other countries outside the Philippines (except for Japan and Thailand). Having said that, I am extremely excited to try their new dishes tomorrow as Jules and I celebrate our 4th monthsary together. I can imagine how we’ll both be in major food coma. haha!

This month, aside from the usual Italian, Grilled, and Asian dishes you see on most buffet restos, The Café of Hyatt City of Dreams will be launching their Cantonese and Indian dishes. Some of which are the food photos shared above. Starting June 14 until June 19, you may try their Cantonese food festival (aka Cantonese Treasures) specially prepared by Cantonese chefs Xi Qing Hui and Zhao Pan Fei from Hyatt Regency Dongguan. Soon after, you may try their Indian food festival (aka Road to Gurgaon India) from June 17 to 24 which will be prepared by Chef Ajith Kumar from Hyatt Regency Gurgaon, New Delhi, India.
